Privacy and security
Privacy is
our starting point.
Health data is a special category of personal data under Türkiye's data protection law (KVKK). We are building Doctoli with that responsibility in mind, on these principles:

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Each user sees only what their job needs: receptionists manage appointments, doctors see the consultation records.

Two-step sign-in
Your account is protected by a second verification step as well as your password.

Who accessed which record, and when, is logged.

Your data is yours
You are the data controller for your patients' data. You can export your data or have it deleted at any time.
Patient data is never sold and never used for advertising or marketing. Details will be set out before launch in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

When will Doctoli launch?
We plan to launch Doctoli in 2028. People on the early access list will be the first to know the launch date and will be able to try the first release before launch.
Does joining the early access list cost anything?
No. Joining the list is free and commits you to nothing. Your details are used only to contact you about Doctoli, and you can leave the list at any time.
Which devices will I be able to use Doctoli on?
Doctoli runs in the cloud and needs no installation. You will be able to use it in your browser on any computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection.
Who will be the data controller for patient data?
You are the data controller for your patients' data. OLIVOV processes that data only to provide the service and on your instructions, as the data processor. This relationship is set out in a Data Processing Agreement made with your subscription.
Where will the data be stored?
Where the data will be stored, the technical and organisational measures taken and the service providers involved will be explained in detail before launch in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
Can a polyclinic or medical centre use it as a team?
Yes. Doctoli is being designed for polyclinics and medical centres with several doctors as well as for doctors in their own practice: each doctor manages their own calendar and patients, receptionists handle appointments, and the practice decides who can see what.
Will it work with Türkiye's e-Prescription, e-Nabız or Medula systems?
We are considering integrations with the official health systems on our roadmap. We will announce which ones are in the first release closer to launch; telling us what you need on the early access form helps us prioritise.
How will pricing work?
Doctoli will be a subscription-based cloud service (SaaS). Plans and prices will be announced closer to launch; people on the early access list will hear first.
Will Doctoli use artificial intelligence?
We plan to use AI only where it genuinely makes your work easier. Every AI feature that works with patient data will be optional and under your control; diagnosis and treatment decisions always stay with the doctor.
